SysMech's mission is to bring clarity from the complexity of Next Generation Service Assurance for Communications Service Providers.
Founded in 1994 by

,

and

and later joined by
Terry Harding
in 2006,
the company has evolved to become a leading
provider of services and products to the Telecommunications and Enterprise service provider sectors.
The CrossTalk™ product suite has been central to the company's growth and success, having been designed from the ground up to meet real life customer requirements. It is widely deployed and fulfills a business critical role that is central to the smooth operation of our customer's networks and services.
In 2006 SysMech provided seed investment funding for Zenulta, a UK start up company developing an innovative new technology - Zen™ Proximity Correlation - a high speed, time based correlation engine. Zen™ was developed to fill a widely acknowledged gap in the service assurance market, to provide a means of correlating the ever growing amount of data and events necessary to assure network and service quality and the customer experience, in real time.
Having successfully delivered Zen™ to Turkcell, who were the initial reference customer for the product, SysMech increased their investment in Zenulta and in 2009 acquired a 100% share holding, making Zenulta part of the SysMech group.
Zen™ is now part of the SysMech portfolio of products and we offer a number of packaged solutions incorporating the Zen™ Proximity Correlation engine.
The company runs its development and support organisation from offices in Whitstable, near Canterbury in Kent and sales and professional services are based at offices in Mortimer near Reading in Berkshire.
